This is a great plan for those that have several products or services to offer and want to have a larger internet presence.

The Gold Website Design Package includes a WordPress website with features such as :

• Responsive design that is optimized for all device
• E-commerce for up to 6 products
• A services/products section
• A contact form
• An “About Us” section
• Testimonials
• Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages
• Essential plugins to ensure the secure and smooth running of your website and to improve search engine optimization
• Set-up of a Facebook Page for your business. Includes adding your products to your Facebook Shop
• Facebook Messenger Chat installed on your website.
• Google My Business set-up to manage your appearance on Google search
• Google Search Console and Analytics set-up to monitor and analyze your website
• Social media strategy session to help you best promote your business and your website

Optional Extras:

You will require a domain name for your website. A domain name is the website address, for example, my domain name is scullywag.com. If you do not already have a domain name, you will need to purchase one, or I can do this for you. You can expect to pay about $20 USD or $30 AUD for a regular domain name. Some domain names are very popular, or lucrative and if someone has already snapped it up, they can charge what they like for it. This can result in some domain names costing thousands of dollars. I charge $30 AUD for a domain name, but naturally, this will be for a regular priced domain name only. If you wish to purchase a more expensive domain, I can assist you with this, but it will be subject to a higher fee. Domain names are not a one-off charge. You will need to renew your domain name yearly (unless you have opted to buy several years in advance).  Read more about domain names here.

You will require website hosting. Website hosting is like paying rent for your website to live on the internet. Some clients already have websites or website hosting in place, others prefer to leave the website hosting with me. I use and recommend SiteGround website hosting for clients.

I include a basic free privacy policy and terms and conditions page for clients. For my own website, I use Termageddon, as their policies automatically update when new laws are enacted, ensuring that my policies are always up to date. Termageddon monitors privacy laws so you don’t have to do so yourself. You can view the Scullywag Services Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions by clicking the relevant links. As a Termageddon certified agency partner, I can assist you in purchasing a Termageddon Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions policies as needed. I also offer website care package to protect your investment after it is built. If you opt to not have the website care package, you will be responsible for the upkeep of your website and will need to do so to ensure that it remains secure.
